| Prof. Quanxin ZhuHunan Normal University Professor Quanxin Zhu is a Xiaoxiang Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Hunan Normal University, who has been recognized as a recipient of the Special Allowance from the State Council of China, a Leading Talent in Science and Technology Innovation of Hunan Province, a Furong Scholar Distinguished Professor, and an Alexander von Humboldt Senior Research Fellow. He serves as the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Computational and Stochastic Mathematics (Ministry of Education) and the Director of the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory for Control and Optimization of Complex Systems. His research focuses on Markov processes, stability, and control of stochastic nonlinear systems, resulting in over 300 SCI publications in top journals including Automatica, IEEE TAC, and SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization. He has received numerous awards such as the First Prize of the Hunan Natural Science Award, First Prize of the Jiangsu Higher Education Natural Science Award, and has been consistently named a Global Highly Cited Researcher from 2018 to 2023. He has presided over 6 NSFC projects and 10 provincial/ ministerial-level research programs. In addition, he holds leadership and editorial roles in several academic committees and international journals, including Editor-in-Chief of Complex Systems Stability & Control and Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering. |
 | Prof. Mang YeWuhan University Ye Mang is a professor at the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, director of the Department of Intelligent Science, PI at the Taikang Life Medical Center, and a PhD advisor. He is recognized as a national high-level young talent, a young talent supported by the China Association for Science and Technology, and a high-level talent in Hubei Province. He earned his PhD from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2019 and returned to Wuhan University as a professor at the end of 2020. He has also worked as a research scientist at the Origin AI Institute in the UAE and as a visiting scholar at Columbia University in the US. His main research areas include trustworthy multimodal computing, multimodal large models, federated learning, and medical AI. He has published over 100 CCF-A class papers as first or corresponding author, with more than 20,000 citations on Google Scholar. His work has been positively recognized and cited by many academicians, including Turing Award winner Geoffrey Hinton. He serves on the editorial boards of international SCI journals such as IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (CCF-A) and IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (CCF-A) and has been invited to chair at conferences like CVPR, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, and ECCV. He leads research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology's key R&D programs, the National Natural Science Foundation-Hong Kong joint fund, and Hubei Province's key R&D programs. He has collaborated with companies like Huawei, Hisense, and Xiaomi, and led efforts that won the China Society of Image and Graphics Science and Technology Progress First Prize (1st) and the Wu Wenjun AI Natural Science Second Prize (1st). |
